McKie Recruit has an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join their busy and expanding EL/PL team. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in dealing with employers, occupiers and public liability matters.
Requirements
– Minimum 3 PQE
– Experience handling EL/PL caseload. Successful candidate will be expect to handle up to 100 litigated files (may also include some RTA cases).
– Solid knowledge of Part 7 and Part 8 Civil Procedure Rules
