Our Court of Protection team, part of the Public Law and Human Rights Department, is seeking two dynamic, innovative, and exceptional solicitors to join our growing practice.
The Role
You will manage a substantial Court of Protection caseload, with opportunities to work across related areas of public law, including:

Education and community care

Inquests (representing bereaved families)

Civil claims and judicial reviews

Healthcare and medical treatment challenges
Themis Recruit welcomes applications from candidates with strong experience in independently managing Court of Protection matters. While we are open to solicitors at all levels, experience up to Associate and Salaried Partner level will be particularly valued.
