Cost Draftman/Cost Lawyer

Outstanding opportunity at leading North West costs firm. Our client is seeking an experienced individual that is able to handle a caseload from cradle to grave.

Immediate Start.

Candidate MUST:

• have 3 to 7 years experience
• be responsible for all costs related matters of assigned cases (i.e. cradle to grave) including preparing Bills of Costs, court documents, PoD and replies. They will be expected to provide costs advice to clients, and handle costs negotiations commensurate with their seniority.
• be hard working, pro-active and well organised
• be able to deliver high quality work to clients whilst meeting individual performance targets.
