About the Corporate Team
Our clients Corporate Team is highly regarded for its expertise and client-focused approach, working with a wide range of clients, from ambitious entrepreneurs to mid-market businesses. Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload of corporate matters, with a focus on transactions appropriate to your level of experience. You will also provide key support to Partners on more complex, high-value cases, taking on increasing responsibility and gaining exposure to a wide range of corporate work.

You will play an integral role in mentoring and supporting junior members of the team, including Trainees and Newly Qualified Lawyers. With clear paths for progression, this role offers significant opportunities for professional development, including extensive mentoring from our experienced Partners.

What We’re Looking For
Themis Recruit are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Corporate Law. If you have a background in corporate work or are looking to specialise in this area, we’d love to hear from you. The role is open to candidates with a wide range of experience, typically from 2–6 years PQE, though we do not use PQE as the sole measure of suitability.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure. You will be a creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals. Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset are essential.
