McKie Recruit has an excellent opportunity for a corporate/commercial solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will be joining a firm that has seen significant growth over the last few years. If you are a self-motivated individual who has a positive, can-do attitude then this is the role for you!
Requirements
We are looking to recruit a full time solicitor with both corporate and commercial experience including:
- Acquisitions & Mergers
- Corporate Finance
- Joint Ventures
- Partnerships
- Company & LLP Formation & Compliance
- Commercial contracts
- Terms of Trade
- Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be an advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills are essential in this role in order to build on our existing business, and ensure strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- 2 years PQE of relevant experience (but will consider anyone who can demonstrate the skills and knowledge we are looking for).
The successful candidate will also need to be very comfortable marketing their skills and the firm to accountants, corporate financiers, business transfer agents, lenders and clients alike.
