Conveyancing Solicitor

Themis Recruit are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career with an award-winning firm.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions

• Sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional client service with clear, proactive communication to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

• Supervising and mentoring support staff, helping to develop skills within the team

• Supporting the firm’s growth through business development, networking, and marketing activities

• Assisting colleagues when needed, particularly during periods of absence

• Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and risk management requirements

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and market trends

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

Legal Qualifications
A Law Degree, LPC, or equivalent (CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer). We also welcome applications from experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications.

Conveyancing Experience
Proven ability to independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload.

IT Skills
Confidence with case management systems and digital workflows.

Excellent Communication
Professional, clear written and verbal communication, with a strong focus on client care.

Ambition & Drive
A proactive attitude and a desire to progress within the firm.

Team Spirit
A supportive, collaborative approach within a fast-paced team environment.
