Join our dynamic Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team where you’ll be immersed in a diverse range of contentious probate matters. Collaborating closely with our Wills, Trusts, and Estates team, you’ll handle an array of cases, from Inheritance Act claims to disputes over the validity of Wills, executor conflicts, estate administration disputes, Court of Protection matters, and various trust disputes.
This role offers a rare opportunity to focus exclusively on contentious probate litigation, with a caseload that spans the breadth of this field. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own cases while also contributing to larger team endeavors. Supported by our esteemed Head of Will Disputes & Contentious Probate, recognised as a Leading Individual by Legal 500, you’ll benefit from guidance and mentorship as you navigate complex legal challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of civil litigation experience, including contentious probate work. While prior exposure to contentious probate and non-contentious private client work is advantageous, we welcome applications from junior solicitors with relevant litigation experience eager to excel in this specialised area.
