Our client is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 2 PQE. The ideal candidate can either work from the office in Macclesfield or work remotely.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm that prides itself on client care. The successful applicant will be at the forefront of their growing contentious probate department.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
• You will demonstrate a good level of technical competence in contentious private client law and practice with particular experience in Wills, trusts and estates disputes.
• You will have well-developed interpersonal, social and communication skills including an appreciation of the vulnerability of some clients, both generally and also specifically at distressing times
