In the initial stages, they will collaborate with senior fee earners on significant and complex clinical negligence cases of high value or with catastrophic implications. As the team solidifies its presence, the role will transition to include independent case management. As such, the ideal candidate should possess the necessary experience and competence to oversee a diverse caseload, spanning various values and levels of intricacy.

Requirements
- Provide support on complex and potentially catastrophic clinical negligence cases, and as needed, oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-track clinical negligence cases.
- Participate in initial consultations with new clients, gather preliminary information, and offer guidance on available funding options.
- Maintain the accuracy of the case management system and ensure up-to-date information retention.
- Evaluate the potential outcomes of cases and coordinate with specialists.
- 1-4 years PQE
- Experience using case management system
