Clinical Negligence Solicitor

The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a progressive, growing claimant firm with a strong reputation for quality and client care. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution
• Handling a mix of pre-litigated and litigated matters, including complex and high-value cases
• Conducting client meetings and building strong, trusted relationships
• Instructing and liaising with Counsel, medical experts, and other professionals
• Drafting key legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
• Attending hearings and progressing matters strategically toward settlement or trial
• Valuing claims and leading negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Upto 5+ years’ experience in clinical negligence (claimant or defendant background considered)
• Proven track record of handling high-value, complex claims
• Strong billing history and commercial awareness
• Experience across both pre-litigation and litigated work
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
