Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to completion, including complex and high-value claims.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.
- Draft legal documents, including letters of claim, pleadings, and witness statements.
- Liaise with medical experts, counsel, and other parties as required.
- Negotiate settlements and pursue cases to trial when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of file management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in Clinical Negligence.
- Strong technical expertise in clinical negligence law, including knowledge of relevant case law and procedural rules.
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload while meeting deadlines and targets.
