An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a dynamic and expanding litigation team. This is a role that offers real breadth of work, autonomy, and clear scope for progression within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
You will handle a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex, high-value disputes. The work is varied and engaging, making this an ideal position for someone looking to broaden their expertise across multiple litigation disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through to resolution
- Assisting on more complex or high-value disputes as required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the litigation team
Work will include a mix of:
- Civil and commercial disputes
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Contentious probate
- Boundary and property disputes
About You:
- Experience in general civil litigation (with exposure to some or all of the above areas)
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
- Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands
