Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal expertise and guidance on all aspects of Public Law Child Care matters
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring high standards of client service
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions
- Represent clients in court and at hearings
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
About You:
- A qualified solicitor with a solid background in Child Care Law and Public Law matters
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
- A passion for providing the best legal representation for children and families
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Previous experience in Public Law Child Care work is essential
