The Role:
Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a Solicitors to join their specialist Serious Injury Team based in Greater London. Due to continued success, we have roles for NQs, Grade B, and Grade A.

About the Serious Injury Team:
As one of the UK’s leading personal injury law firms, our client regularly secure multi-million-pound settlements for clients, ensuring they receive 100% compensation. Their approach goes beyond financial recovery, addressing clients’ future needs in terms of care, medical support, and emotional guidance. The team handles a wide variety of complex, high-value cases, including those arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work, and public liability.

Day to Day:
As a Solicitor, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients and their families. You will manage your own caseload of serious injury claims, with the opportunity to support senior colleagues on more complex matters. You will receive mentoring and support to help develop your expertise in this area of law, with the potential for greater responsibility over time.

What We Look For:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with prior personal injury experience, ideally involving catastrophic injuries.
  • We are open to applicants of all levels of experience.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to engage with vulnerable clients and their families.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and confident in supporting colleagues across the team.
  • Familiarity with time recording and case management software.
  • A passion for helping clients and achieving the best outcomes.
