Due to continued success, Themis Recruit are currently recruiting Serious Injury Solicitors to join our clients growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury claims.

  • Support senior fee earners with high-value and catastrophic injury cases.

  • Supervise and mentor paralegals and trainees.

  • Deliver outstanding client service aligned with our Client First Service values.

  • Maintain accurate case management records and proactively suggest improvements.

  • Engage in business development and networking to strengthen CFG’s presence in the region.


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor NQ-1 PQE

  • Solid experience handling fast-track and multi-track personal injury claims

  • Passionate about helping those affected by serious injury

  • Strong legal knowledge and case management skills

  • Excellent client care, written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel between offices and client meetings (full driving licence and own car required)

  • Business development experience is desirable
