This role offers a stimulating opportunity for an experienced Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join a newly established and thriving claimant litigation team. You will have the chance to work on high-value and catastrophic injury matters, supporting senior fee earners and managing your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload, including multi-track and lower-value cases as needed.
- Provide assistance to more senior fee earners in handling high-value and catastrophic injury cases.
- Delegate tasks, supervise work, and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and trainees when necessary.
- Deliver excellent service to clients, consistently aligning with our core values and commitment to Client First Service.
- Maintain a high level of competence and legal knowledge, actively participating in training and development activities as required.
- Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information within the case management system.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to current procedures related to case management.
- Proactively resolve and negotiate solutions to clients’ issues.
- Participate in Business Development activities and contribute to building the firm’s reputation in the external marketplace.
- Build and cultivate professional networks and relationships within the local region.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of Personal Injury law with claimant experience.
- Experience handling both fast-track and multi-track cases.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in using a case management system.
- Flexibility to work across offices and travel within the UK as required.
- Strong client care skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Passionate and committed to assisting those affected by injury.
- Ability to build professional networks and develop external relationships.
- Experience in Business Development is highly desirable.
