To deliver the highest possible standards of client care, our client requires fee earners to enforce settlement agreements and ensure work is carried out following the settlement of their disrepair claim. It is an excellent opportunity to enter housing litigation for those from a wider litigation background. Advocacy experience would be a major asset.
Requirements
– To undertake a high volume of part 8 proceedings and / or applications for breach of agreement.
– Volume litigation experience (Grade C and above ideally).
– Case management experience advantageous (Proclaim is used)
