Role Overview

Due to continued success, our client are seeking a highly experienced Serious Injury Associate to manage a portfolio of high-value, complex RTA claimant cases (£150k – £5m+). You’ll deliver exceptional client care, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to team strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on serious injury cases, delivering outstanding legal and client service.

  • Oversee case progression, securing interim payments and rehabilitation.

  • Draft legal documents and engage with multidisciplinary experts.

  • Mentor team members and support performance management.

  • Contribute to business development, client retention, and departmental strategy.

  • Engage with key partners such as APIL, Headway, and SIA.

About You

Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE (or equivalent Grade A experience).

  • Proven success managing high-value serious injury claims.

  • Strong technical litigation skills and experience with court procedures.

  • Passionate about mentoring and delivering excellent client outcomes.

  • Professional profile within the personal injury field.

Desirable:

  • Previous supervisory experience.

  • Business development exposure and industry connections.

  • Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills.
