Our client, one of the leading specialist clinical negligence teams in the country, are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join their growing team. Our client provide expert advice in relation to injury or loss because of, any type of treatment by healthcare professionals, with particular expertise in birthing injuries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of clinical negligence matters, providing legal advice, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The role will be a combination of running a file load of moderate value cases and assisting a partner and senior associates on other larger cases. Some experience of and enthusiasm for relevant business development is preferable.
Requirements:
- 2 Years PQE
- Experience working in a recognised leading clinical negligence team.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
