Associate Solicitor – Catastrophic Injury

Themis Recruit are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our clients leading Catastrophic Injury team.

Our Client:

They are recognised for its excellence by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The hiring firm are one of the UKs top Personal Injury firms, securing £multi-million settlements for their clients. They regularly handle complex and high-value claims; including adult brain injury, child brain injury, complex orthopaedic injuries and fatal accidents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in personal injury cases, particularly those involving serious and life-changing injuries.
• Typically suited for a “Grade B” fee-earner with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and proactively support team members.
• Empathetic and confident in engaging with vulnerable individuals and their families.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative work style.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
