Their Commercial IT team is part of an internationally recognised IT practice, working on high-profile transactions where technology is central. Our client serves clients across technology, life sciences, financial services, government, sports, and media sectors.

Key Responsibilities
The Commercial IT team handles standalone transactional and advisory work, leading IT-related deals for both users and providers. Key areas include:

  • Technology Contracts – Software licensing, systems integration, hardware supply
  • IT & Business Process Outsourcing – Infrastructure, application development, offshoring projects
  • Digital Transformation – Cloud computing, AI, blockchain, fintech, adtech, healthtech
  • Emerging Technologies & Regulations – AI, cybersecurity, distributed ledger tech, open source software
  • Telecoms – Advising on network rollouts, mobile, and tech providers
  • Commercial Work – Procurement, distribution, joint ventures, and public sector procurement

The Role
Our client are seeking a mid-level associate or senior associates with strong commercial IT experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the sector, eager to engage in business development, and take ownership of fee-earning responsibilities. We also welcome candidates with broader commercial experience seeking to specialise in IT transactions.
