The hiring team focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals with assets between £5m and £20m, handling a variety of private client matters such as:
- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Lifetime and succession planning
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
- Estate administration
- Creation and management of trusts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of private wealth matters
- Establish yourself as a trusted expert and build long-term client relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Participate in marketing and business development activities to help grow the team

Requirements
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Wealth
- Ideally 4-7 years of experience managing private client matters, though we’re open to candidates who are ready to step into an Associate role
- Strong interest in business development and marketing activities
- Clear and empathetic communication skills, particularly when working with clients going through emotionally challenging situations
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients
