Our client, a leading regional firm, are seeking a skilled Associate to join their specialist private client team.

The hiring team focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals with assets between £5m and £20m, handling a variety of private client matters such as:
  • Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Lifetime and succession planning
  • Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
  • Estate administration
  • Creation and management of trusts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of private wealth matters
  • Establish yourself as a trusted expert and build long-term client relationships
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities to help grow the team

Requirements

  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Wealth
  • Ideally 4-7 years of experience managing private client matters, though we’re open to candidates who are ready to step into an Associate role
  • Strong interest in business development and marketing activities
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills, particularly when working with clients going through emotionally challenging situations
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients
