The Opportunity

Our client is looking to recruit a Housing Management Associate to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own varied caseload while working closely with Partners and experienced colleagues. You’ll also have access to Paralegal support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice and building strong client relationships.

For Associates who are interested in longer-term progression, there is real scope to get involved in business development, deepen existing client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a high-quality housing management caseload

• Advising clients on a range of contentious housing matters

• Working collaboratively with Partners, Lawyers and Paralegals

• Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

• (Where desired) supporting business development and profile-raising activity

What We Are looking for

• Strong experience in housing management litigation

• Confidence advising clients directly and delivering practical, solutions-focused advice

• Experience in areas such as:

  • Anti-social behaviour

  • Residential possession claims

  • Civil injunctions

  • Housing disrepair

• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in the sector
