Themis Recruit are pleased to a share an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a boutique family law practice operating in Yorkshire, the North of England, and beyond. Established by a highly regarded family law expert, the firm is dedicated to providing specialised services to clients dealing with various family law matters. The managing partner is recognised in the Chambers and Legal 500 and is also one of only a handful of family law experts outside of London included in the Citywealth Leaders List.
The hiring firm offer a full range of divorce and family law related services including: Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Divorce, Separation, Financial Settlements, Same Sex Divorce/Separation, Inheritance Claims, Co-habitation disputes, and arrangements for children following relationship breakdowns.

Requirements:
- Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation for family law cases.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other family-related issues.

- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in family law.
- Collaborate with senior solicitors and other legal professionals within the firm.
- Manage and maintain client relationships in a professional and ethical manner.
- Work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a focus on family law. PQE flexible, but family law experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
