The Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a confident, experienced Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join our expanding Estate Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.


About You

  • You’ll have a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in private client law

  • A strong team player who is client-focused, professional, and proactive

  • Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable engaging directly with clients and offering strategic, sensitive advice


About the Role

Our Estate Administration team specialises in advising clients on:

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Wills and trusts

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

  • Deputyships and Court of Protection matters

You will work in a partner-led team structure, providing you with support and access to high-quality work, while also contributing to the development of junior colleagues and helping to grow the department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a full range of estate and trust matters

  • Taking instructions and preparing documentation such as wills and LPAs

  • Keeping clients updated on progress and providing clear, timely advice

  • Managing files in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory standards

  • Handling client queries professionally, in person and by phone/email

  • Participating in business development activities and growing client relationships
