Role Overview:
Due to continued success, our client are seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join their expanding Serious Injury department. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate legal professional to develop their career in a supportive environment, working on complex and rewarding cases involving catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and fatal accidents.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of serious injury claims under supervision, with the opportunity to progress to handling cases independently.

Assist senior solicitors on high-value, multi-track claims.

Conduct legal research, draft correspondence, witness statements, and pleadings.

Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and third parties.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm’s case management system.

Attend court hearings, case conferences, and client meetings.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant personal injury legislation.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ – up to 1 year PQE).

A genuine interest in serious injury and catastrophic claims.

Strong academic background and legal training.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

A proactive and client-focused approach.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in personal injury litigation (e.g., through training seats or paralegal work) is desirable.
