Most of our candidate’s post-qualified experience is at a top 100 global defendant firm but they would be interested in returning to claimant. Her tenure at claimant firms has showcased her empathetic approach and strong advocacy skills, whilst her transition to defendant law firms has provided her with invaluable insights into strategies employed by the opposition. By defending clients against personal injury claims, our candidate has gained a comprehensive grasp of the tactics and arguments used on the other side of the courtroom.
